RUNNING LATE

Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; If your service is shortened due to your late arrival you will still be charged the full cost of the service. If you are running late please be sure to let us know. If you’d like to reschedule so you can have the full appointment time a $35 fee will be added to your next appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $35 that will be added to your next scheduled appointment. There will be no exceptions. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee on your next booked appointment.

BE PREPARED

Please arrive to your appointment with no eye make up or face make up. If make up needs to be removed there will be a $10 charge added to your service.

*Foreign fills are an extra $10 fee.

*Fills must be booked within 3.5 weeks of your last fill. Anything booked after 3.5 weeks will be considered a new set.

*There must still be 40% of lashes left in order for it to be considered a fill.
